Winter FAQ
How much snow has to fall before you come?
Each plan has a trigger depth written on the quote. Once accumulation passes it, your route is dispatched automatically. Light dustings below the trigger are not a visit, which keeps your plan priced fairly.
When will my driveway be done?
Routes run through and after each snowfall, with early morning priority so you can get out for work. During a major storm we keep cycling routes until everyone is clear, and we tell you honestly where you sit in the order.
Do you salt?
Yes. Salting for driveways, walks and steps is available as an add on to any plan, applied after clearing so it works on the surface instead of under fresh snow.
What areas do you cover in winter?
London neighbourhoods and nearby communities like Byron, Lambeth, Masonville, Hyde Park, Komoka, Ilderton and Dorchester. Winter routes are tighter than summer ones, so ask about your street.
